JP2018 – This post is primarily geared toward church leaders, but as a participant this information is relevant to you as well.

Church Leaders Only – Confirm that your church will be participating at JP 2018.  You can do this by simply going to www.jerusalemproject.com,and click at the top of the homepage “Church Registration Open.”   This year, you will have all your participants (adults and students) fill out a paper form.  Then the group leader will input everyone into a form online (at a later date).

ADULTS! We need adults to be crew chiefs and crew encouragers. Remember, we can’t do JP without them.

April

Begin collecting the paper forms.  Set a deadline to have this done.  Anyone who has to register after June 1stwill suffer a significant price increase.  (Cherokee County JP)

May

Continue collecting papers. Be on the lookout for any important information via email and Facebook.

Input your church’s participants before June 1st.  Anyone registered by June 1stis only $50. (Cherokee County JP)

Several churches are using the month of May to help raise funds for JP by treating it like Annie Armstrong and Lottie moon with a month long offering goal for JP.  This helps us greatly.

June

Register any late additions.  Anyone registered after June 1stwill have to pay $75. (Cherokee County JP)
